Tell us what needs saying
When we launch, you’ll choose the type of message and tell us what you want the other person to know. We’ll ask who it’s from and who it’s for.
COMING SOON
Break It To Them is launching a human message-delivery service. You’ll approve the words. A real person will make the call. One message, delivered respectfully — not an ongoing exchange.
EXPLORE THE DEMOWe’re not taking message-delivery requests yet.
REAL PEOPLE · APPROVED WORDING · RESPECTFUL DELIVERY
DEMO ONLY — NO CALLS WILL BE MADE.
You’ll make the decision. We’ll handle the delivery.
Your approved message, delivered with care.
Clear words. A real voice. Respect for the recipient.
One message. No ongoing exchange through us.
HOW IT WILL WORK
When we launch, you’ll choose the type of message and tell us what you want the other person to know. We’ll ask who it’s from and who it’s for.
We would review the request and agree the exact wording with you. Wording approval would come before payment and before the delivery window begins.
Our caller will introduce the service and ask whether the recipient is willing to hear the message. We’ll deliver the approved words, then update you on the outcome.
We can’t guarantee someone will answer or agree to listen. They can decline or end the call at any time.
OUR BOUNDARIES
Clear doesn’t have to mean cruel.
We’re not a prank service, an anonymous threat or a way around someone’s boundaries.
We won’t deliver abuse, threats, humiliating messages, sexual content, serious allegations or messages intended to frighten or control someone. We won’t handle death notifications, medical information, emergencies, employment decisions or legal notices.
Both the sender and recipient must be adults. We won’t contact someone who has blocked you, asked not to hear from you or is protected by a no-contact restriction. A new request must never be used to get around a refusal.
If a situation involves abuse, coercion or concern that contact could put anyone at risk, this service is not the appropriate route.
When we launch, every request will be reviewed. Requests outside our service rules will be declined.
Not an emergency service, counselling service or legal representative.
The planned pilot has clear limits around contact, refusal and failed delivery.
Across two agreed operating days.
If they didn’t want to hear the message, we would stop.
No personal-message voicemail, text, email or social-media fallback.
If delivery weren’t completed under the planned pilot policy, the service charge would be refunded.
One approved message. No ongoing exchange.
BEFORE THE CALL
Not yet. Break It To Them is coming soon. This demo uses fictional examples only. No message-delivery requests are being accepted and no calls will be made.
Yes. You’ll approve the final message before delivery. The caller will also introduce the service, check they have the right person and ask whether they’re willing to hear your message.
We would make up to two call attempts at different suitable times during the two operating days agreed with you. We would not leave your personal message on voicemail. If the attempts or agreed window ended without completed delivery, we would close the request and refund the full service charge.
They could welcome a later attempt. It would have to fit within the remaining attempt allowance and the existing delivery window. We would not automatically add another call or extend the booking.
Our caller would need to establish that they had the intended adult recipient, identify the service and sender, and obtain their willingness to hear the message. The full approved wording would need to be spoken in a connected call without a refusal or interruption preventing completion. A connected call alone would not count. Delivery would not mean agreement, acceptance or closure.
You would receive a factual delivery outcome—not recordings, emotional commentary or a transcript of their reaction. We would not mediate or carry replies back and forth.
No delivery call would be made. Silence would not count as approval. Under the planned process, wording approval would come before payment and before the delivery window begins.
Not necessarily. The plan would name the two staffed service dates, permitted calling periods and final cutoff before you paid. We would not treat an intake submission as the start of the window.
Yes. The planned service will identify who has asked us to make the call. We won’t deliver anonymous personal messages or pretend to be you.
We’ll explain that we’re delivering an approved message, not mediating. We won’t argue your case, negotiate your decision or carry replies back and forth. The recipient can decline or end the call at any time.
No. We won’t help bypass a block, a request for no contact or a legal restriction. That also applies to new requests after a recipient has declined contact.
We would stop. A refusal would override any remaining attempt. We would not switch channels or allow another booking to get around that refusal. If the message had not already been delivered in full, the service charge would be refunded.
No. The planned pilot is phone-only message delivery. We would not send the personal message by text, email or social media, or leave it on voicemail. Updates to the sender would be separate from delivery to the recipient.
We would record incomplete delivery, stop and refund the full service charge. We would not repeatedly call back to finish the message. Uncertain completion would not be labelled delivered.
Yes. Under the planned pilot policy, you could cancel before completed delivery and receive a full service-charge refund, even after an unsuccessful attempt. Words already spoken could not be taken back. Applicable consumer rights and remedies would still apply after delivery.
We are not accepting requests or payments yet. Before payment, you would see the dates, calling periods and full price. If delivery were not completed under that policy, we would refund the full service charge. You could also cancel before completed delivery for a full refund. No preparation or attempted-call fee would be deducted. Your consumer rights would not be reduced by this pilot policy.
